Winmacprintrepair.store ("our," "us," "we") provides 24x7 technical support services related to the products we support. By using the support services provided (the "Support" or "Services") you ("Customer," "user") agree to the following terms:

1. No Guarantee of Resolution

We will attempt to resolve issues you have, but we cannot guarantee that we can repair all issues. Some issues may only be able to be repaired by:
- Manufacturer's or third-party support.
- Hardware repairs or replacements outside of our capabilities.

2. Limitations of our Liability

We are not liable for:
- Data loss, corruption or damage to your system as the result of direct or indirect interaction with us during support.
- Consequences, or liability for your actions as a result of following our recommendations or suggestions (i.e. changes to software or settings).
Your Own Liability: You must keep backups of critical data before you utilize support.

3. Support Scope

Supported Services:
- Software configuration and troubleshooting.
- Basic hardware knowledge (i.e. connectivity or driver troubleshooting to some extent).
Unsupported Services:
- Physical repairs, and/or extensive hardware maintenance.
- Issues caused by unauthorized modifications, neglect or damage that existed prior to contacting us.

4. User Obligations

You agree to:
- Follow our direction at your own risk.
- Maintain your systems (updates, security patches, other "things") to avoid issues.
- Provide us accurate information about your issue.
